Board and workforce members are required to maintain the confidentiality of information entrusted to them by Indivior or by its customers, suppliers, or partners, except when disclosure is expressly authorized or is required or permitted by law.
Confidential information includes all nonpublic information (regardless of its source) that might be of use to Indivior’s competitors or harmful to Indivior or its customers, suppliers, or partners if disclosed. Improper or inappropriate disclosure or use of confidential information could impact the public’s trust in Indivior and put Indivior at risk of legal action, harm our business operations, and harm Indivior’s reputation.
