The Purpose of Our Code
What is the purpose of the Code of Conduct?
The purpose of this Code of Conduct (the “Code”) is to set out the operating standards of Indivior PLC and its subsidiaries (together, “Indivior”), its Board of Directors (the “Board”) and Indivior full- and part-time employees and contingent workers (“workforce”).
Indivior is committed to conducting its business with high standards of integrity and ethics, and in full compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry codes in the regions in which we operate. This Smart Code is a foundational document to help us achieve these outcomes.
To whom does the Code apply?
The Code applies to the Board and workforce members. Others may be contractually obligated to comply with the Code (e.g., student interns and consultants). The Third-Party Code of Conduct applies to external business partners.
