Fines to Indivior (as a result of any breach of this Code) would impact the profit and loss and performance payments of our business. Indivior reserves the right to seek redress and damages from the individual(s) who have been found to have breached this Code, irrespective of the position and location the individual(s) might hold, in or out of Indivior, at the time the breach of this Code is identified.
You will be required to certify, annually, that you understand the Code and that those you supervise are in full compliance with this Code for the operations for which you have responsibility.
